
Garrett Filetti is an associate attorney who joined Scott & Smith in 2018. She came to Whidbey by way of Louisiana, where she graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

Now Garrett is admitted to the State Bar of Washington and is building her practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and estate planning, working primarily out of Scott & Smith’s Oak Harbor location.
In her free time, Garrett volunteers with the Military Spouse J.D. Network’s Justice for Military Families program, which works with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, working to connect Gold Star families with free or low-cost legal assistance. She is also involved with MSJDNs State Licensing team, advocating for licensing accommodations for military spouses.
